It provides an excellent discussion of who gifted learners are, how they develop emotionally, and what to consider educationally. Good for both parents and teachers.
Webb, J.T.; Gore, J.L.; Amend, E.R.; & DeVries, A.R. (2007). A Parent's Guide to Gifted Children. Scottsdale, AZ: Great Potential Press. This book is a “must have” for parents of bright learners. It discusses both the joys and the challenges of parenting these children and suggests many strategies for guiding their development.
